Thanks for your interest in performing at the 2020 Red Clay Comedy Festival! We are entering our 6th year as a festival and are excited as the festival continues to grow bigger and better every year!
Our submission price will not increase and submissions are open until June 30th, 2020.
A few things to know before you submit:
1) We are thrilled to be able to say that all selected performers will receive the following:
At least 3 shows throughout the weekend, free hotel, free dinner each night along with a stocked comedian green room, plenty of free adult beverages , rides covered to and from the festival/hotel, festival tshirt and more!
2) We hate the idea of charging a submission fee as much as you do paying one. The unfortunate fact is that Red Clay Comedy Festival does not make any money. In fact, we have lost money every year. And even with submission fees, sponsors and ticket sales, we would be lucky to break even. The producers put their own hard earned money and time because we love comedy and love being able to put this festival on! If you disagree with paying to submit to festivals, please don't submit...we totally get it!
